Nymph royalty

"Yadda yadda... I think my idea was better..." Ashe complained, but she followed the others. She didn't think turbans would look very sexy if the movies were anything to go by.

Linnac quickly made headwear for everyone and carefully placed hers on.

"Are you sure that humans wear these all the time?" Bearberry asked, unsure.

"Yeah, I thought that they look a bit...arabic. This isn't the desert!" Ashe complained.

*It's kinda like a turban but not quite*

"It'll look like fancy dress. Anyway we better get as move on." Linnac said. She was impatient to be off.

"IF WE'RE MEANT TO BE IN BLOODY FANCY DRESS, THEN W CAN WEAR WHAT WE ARE WEARING NOW!" Ashe yelled. She felt hyper and OTT at the moment, and her behaviour showed it.

"Ashe, calm!" said Bearberry. "I'd rather wear what the young ones of the humans wear. Jeans...t-shirt and...trainers!"

Ashe giggled hysterically*she shows my real mood* and backflipped in the air. She fluttered down as she reached the town, and floated onto the ground. She swept her starlight hair, covering her slightly pointed ears. People were startled when she came from the sky, but she smiled cheerily and waved at them.

"God! You've just blown our cover! We might just walk in there with signs above our heads saying escaped royals! Just hope they think they've had a bit too much alchohol!!!" Linnac exploded. "Just come. We'll get some matirial from a store and I'll make some proper hero clothes." She began to follow Ashe. "Or we could wear what we're wearing now and go and save someone." She motioned to the boys. "Apart from you two. You look like you've been dragged through a hedge backwards" Linnac was talking particularly to Fickle.

"Shut up or I'll set that old lady on fire," he threatened. A group of girls watched them in awe. "And I'm NOT wearing that thing..."
"Wow, look at his hair! That's so cool!" one of the girls squealed, jesturing at Fickle. He scowled at her and kicked a box that was on the road.
"Cool?" he snorted. "Are they idiots? It's the complete opposite, boilin' hot!"

"It's an expression." One of the girls giggled.
"Look! She's covered in plants! Doesn't she look weird?" Linnac conjured up a broad leaf to cover the girl's mouth. "Any more comments?" The girls shook their heads. "I've given up on inconspicuousy. Anyway. We need to get a move on before half the town sees us." Being nymphs, the group looked out of place with their clothes and legs that were too long for their bodies. "Oh, I wonder how we look from a human's perspective."

Ashe backflipped down the road.
"Well, if we're heroes, then I can do some mad stuff!" She giggled. She stared at a group of young men, and winked at them seductively. As she approached, they gazed at her long, elegant legs. They certainly didn't think that long legs were a bad thing.
"Hiya!" Ashe said. Now the boys were staring somewhere else. Her chest.
"Excuse me...My face is here. I'm not that short!" She exclaimed.
"We noticed..." One of the boys said faintly. Ashe looked around for help, and saw a girl slapping her boyfriend. Ashe slapped the boy in front of her. He staggered back in shock. Ashe smiled at his reaction, and heard a different girl say something else.
"So, I'll see ya round my place on Thursday!" Ashe grinned. She flounced away.

*I don't get that*

"Behave! I think we'll go shopping first though! The girls here say it's brillian- what's he doing?" Linnac asked as a boy approached her with a knife in hand. "I wouldn't do that if I were you!" He grinned.
"I don't care if anyone's watching lovey." He smiled again. "You look particularly tough. I like girls who play hard to get. Doesn't change the fact that I'm a world champion wrestler." Linnac yawned and he looked surprised.
"Let's go. Humans are so stupid. Anyone feel like some fun?" Linnac turned to Fickle. "Isn't that you're job?" She asked playfully as the male drew closer to her.

Fickle bobbed in front of the strange boy. He squinted and looked him in the eye.
The boy looked at him with confusion.
"Get out the way ginger!" he snapped, holding his knife threateningly. Fickle raised a red eyebrow.
"Jinja? I'm not a ninja," he laughed. The boy glared at him and swore abuse in Fickle's face.
Fickle grinned wickedly and held a finger to the boys forehead.
"Poof!" he said, fire extenting from his skin and setting the boys hair alight.

He screamed and ran about, waving his arms madly. The girls from earlier screamed and huddled together, filming everything on their phones.

"Hahahahahaha..." Ashe laughed randomly. She pranced into a clothes shop. She realised people had little gold coins, which she didn't have. She crept up to a young woman, with strict features.
"Hi, can I have some coins? I don't have any." Ashe asked her. The woman looked at her in disgust.
"No, you disgusting street-rat!" The woman barked a reply. Ashe drew herself up to her full height.
"I am not a street rat! I am the heir to the Nymph throne of King Yanu the third!" Ashe announced boldly. The woman suddenly slapped her quite hard across the face.

Someone stuck a bag over Fickle's head.
"The bloody hell is up with this freak?" they screamed, struggling to pin Fickel down. Within seconds the bag was nothing but soot, and Fickle hurried into the shop after Ashe.
"Ashe, did you ask for the clothes?" he shouted, touching some of the nice white t-shits hanging up on the walls.

"Oh, hey Fickle, we need coins. This cow just slapped me for asking her for some politely. Ah, well..." Ashe sighed. She flicked her hands into the air in an elegant gesture, conjuring a pouchfull of human money. She looked at the racks of clothes.
"Hmmm...what to choose..." She mumbled.

"Ouch!" Linnac ran into the shop as someone hurled some stones at her. "This place isn't how I remember it. What happened?" Linnac spotted a emerald ballgown. "Oo! Look! Isn't this beautiful! Although I can still make better." She ran breifly outside and grabbed a handful of earth, compressing it into a smooth stone and threw it towards the group running towards the shop. "I don't know what's up with these humans! Shouldn't they be cowaring in fear or something? Little help please." Linnac screamed as one drew a gun from beneath his shirt and started to fire it in her direction. "Oh no you don't!" She conjured a wall of thick trees. "Hurry up in there! I think you only need to buy matirial!"

Bearberry ran with the group. He saw an abandoned warehouse.
"What's that?" he asked Lady Linnac, ponting to it.

"Looks like a hideout! Hurry up! We can use it!" Linnac shouted as a tree fell from bullet attacks.

Bearberry rushed forward, beside Linnac.

"Could do with some help thanks."

Linnac ran into the warehouse.
