after a qick look at the girl black spoke "call me black, evryone eles dose" she sruged "cant rember what they used to call me" she said scrahing her head and making her hevy chains jangel.

"Hi Black. Er... I have no memory. I don't know what to do. Can I stay with you for a bit? I don't know what else I can do." Sashi wasn't even that sure of her name.

*yeah, black a bit of a goth and has chains on her cloths*

"not like this plase has meny plases to go"

"We could go to the field," Kai suggested. "It's level there at least. Everywhere seems to be full of holes!"

"it will be soon" black muterd then thogt of pusing her now ex boyfrind into it and chukld to herself.

Kai frowned.
"I don't understand," he said. "Shall we go?"

"What holes?" Sashi vaguely wondered what else she might have missed.

Kai pointed to the cracks and holes in the road and path.
"We have to be really carefull, otherwise we could fall in."

"thing live down there" black wisperd in her ear and look to kai "not relly but you dont want to fall in"

"We know Black. The holes were caused by the earthquake." Saracen rolled her eyes sarcastically.

"Guys, stop it!" he said. He didn't like arguing."Let's go for a walk."

"fine" black wonded behind the ohers

"You know how dangerous it is..." Saracen whispered.

Kai nodded. He knew alright. His little brother had been killed.

sighing black look to her feet evrthing was dagos here, you coudnt even go into you home safly.

Saracen bounced along in front of the others, happy and hyper. When they got to the meadows, named Safeguarded Fields, because of their constant tranquility, she began punching a young willow tree, her face screwed up into a vicious scowl.

"why are you doing that" black ask her her to the side.

"Honing my-" Here she let out a war cry, and smacked the tree, "Skills." Saracen said, impressed with herself.

"right" black smiled nodding and smiling scaticly. going to a low brach she sat down and with one of her stick twild it in the air and crasd it down in the brace snaping it in half.

"DON'T HURT HER!" Saracen almost yelled, "Jeez, I don't do that!" She spun round, her feet making contact with a small boulder, sending it flying.

*what? i dont get that*

*Well, in this world, everything has a sort of life-force. If you break a trees branch, or crack a rock in half, you are hurting it. Thats what Saracen believes.*

black roled her eyes "and you puching it wont?" she sighd "it was a dead brace anyway" piking it up the bark crubld away in her fingers.

"Oh, okay. Then you were doing her a favour." Saracen backflipped twice, her martial arts and flexible body giving her the ability.
