Beast Tamer

*Okay, this is an RP about Tamers. The Tamers were once an amazing race, widespread, who could train and tame the many mythical beasts around the world. There were few Tamers, although many aspired to join them, none succeeded.
Eventually hunting took place, sending many beasts to extinction. The Tamers, no longer needed, died out too, and in time, people forgot. Now, yet again, something has disturbed the Earths surface, and earthquakes, volcanoes and tsunamis are seen all over the globe. The Tamers have risen again, this time as teenagers, to find the cause of the disruption. Along with this, they must cope with the aspects of teenage life.
There are a few Taming Beasts to choose from:
Dragons, Myth Horses, Gryphons, Leviathans and Phoenixes. One beast=one tamer.

Extra: Is disabled. Uses k-walker and wheelchair. Is quiet but loyal. Has a spellbook.

She walked the lonely Midnight Forest, searching for a crystal. She was tall, yet mysterious. Nobody knew where she had come from, but she had special powers. She saw the opal gem, glimmering in the base of a tree. She reached out for it, and...
"SARACEN! BREAKFAST!"
Saracen shot to her feet. The dream had been vivid and stood out in her memory like a glowstick. She shook her head. No school. School had been destroyed four years back.
**This is set in the year 2192**

*ok.*

Kai was being gently shaken by his brother. He got dressed into tight-fitting blue t-shirt and jeans and carried downstairs. He then slipped into his wheelchair and went to have breakfast.

** A bit of background...
Earth has lost ALL major cities, incl. Washington DC and London.
We have come to a technology standstill.**
Saracen got dressed in her usual clothes, a black t-shirt, white hooded jacket with neon green trims, and black trousers. Then, she zipped up her Desliki(tm) trainers, and rushed downstairs. She grabbed a piece of toast, and rushed outside.

Kai and his family had breakfast and then Kai and his brother went outside. His brother went to the field near their house while Kai went to find Saracen.

The roads were riddled with cracks and holes from the recent earthquake. Saracen jumped over them with ease, and pulled out a pair of fingerless black gloves, with thick studs on them, before going to find her friend Kai.

Kai found it hard to steer his wheelchair in the cracks but he managed. He then saw and smiled. He waved.

Saracen waved at Kai and ran to him, leaping like a monkey. She hugged him in greeting, gentle because of his wheelchair. Making it fall over was the last thing on her mind right now.
"Mornin'!" She said happily.

"Morning Sara!" he greeted back. He sometimes shortened her name. "How are you today?"

"I feel strange. I had a real weird dream about this jewel that I wanted." Saracen explained, rubbing her head.

Kai frowned in puzzlement.
"That is a tad strange, I must admit," he agreed. "Mind you, so have I. I dreamt that I had butterfly-like wings."

"Get lost" and black stomp out the house leving her boyfrend in the halway he had just left her.
Stomping on the crack road trying not to trip in her anger,wich was hard with sticks.seeing her frends nerby calmd her down slitly.

Sashi didn't know who she was or if she had family. She had flashes of memory of being in a training ground occainonally. All she knew is that she had just woke up in a field with no memory. Apart from how to play a reed flute and how to ride a horse. For some reason she knew she could speak any language or sing any song. She knew how to fire an arrow, but had no bow. She searched her mind. Nothing. She didn't know anything else... apart from knowing that there was something important she had to do. Seeing someone in a wheelchair talking to a girl, she ran over to them.
"Excuse me. Could you please tell me where I am and ,if you know, how I got here." She repeated this several times in different languages before a glint of reconision lit their eyes.

Kai looked at the strange girl.
"You're Edgeware Road and how you got here, is a mystery," he replied. "I'm Kai."

"The names Saracen, but call me Sara." Saracen introduced herself.

"I'm Sashi. I think I've lost my memory. What country is this? I woke up in the field. I don't know who I really am." Her words came in the wrong order but they seemed to understand her.
