Into the Abyss

*Hahahaha I am in every(I think) RP in the website! Wow, an achievment!
This one is about a group of older kids, who find something, a dinosaur, wandering their local woods. They investigate, and end up being dragged into a place, named Dreamscape, where the dreams of kids and adults become reality. Here anything is possible. Somehow, Dreamscape changes them physically.

Extra: Is disabled. Abused by mum and loves to read and learn new things.

Faith sat in the reptile enclosure of the zoo, surrounded by strange lizards of all shapes and sizes. She was happy here, on her work experience.
She stroked an iguana. Its scaly skin was rough to the touch, but dry and pleasant. She turned, as one of the dwarf alligators, Terence, moved towards his pool, determined to get there now, asap.
Faith picked the iguana, Pikmin, off the branch, and held it close to her, feeling a tiny heartbeat, identical to hers.

*lol cool.*

Gabriel was helping one of the other workers to feed the penguins. He thought it funny. He was here on work experience and disabled.

*Can we be best friends?*
" Faye! Lunch!" An older keeper called.
"IT'S FAITH!" She yelled back crossly. She climbed out of the enclosure, and wandered to the penguin pool. She watched her friend, Gabriel, feed the little birds.

*Yea sure!*

Gabriel smiled and waved at Faith, his bulging arm moving from side to side.

*?!?! BULGING?!?!*
"Havin' fun?" Faith grinned at him, "Michael says its lunch break. You coming? Unless you'd rather eat raw fish!" She smiled, her face becoming like a ray of light.

*well ok, not bulging but musculy.*

Gabriel smiled and laughed.
"I'll be there in a minute," he said.
"You go," said the worker.
"Thanks." Gabe wheeled to his friend.

*I was about to say...I had pictures of arms the size of footballs in my head!*
"So, do you like it?" Faith asked, as they walked to her favourite haunt, the Sealion Cafe. It was one of the few workers-only cantines in the park. When there, she ordered a small fries and a lemonade.

*If you want an image of Gabriel, think of a brown-haired Justin Timberlake whose in a wheelchair*

"You betcha!" said Gabe. "I love animals!" He ordered himself a vegetarian hotdog and apple juice

Faith munched, silent. She thought about how long Gabriel had known her, and what they had done together for the past ten years. It made her smile, thinking of a young her, and a young Gabe. Their names were similar too. Both names of catholic origin. She grinned.
Suddenly, there was a scream.
"THE ANIMALS!" Someone screeched, as people bolted towards them. Faith glanced at Gabriel, as their boss ran at them.
"The animals have gone crazy! Somethings triggered them, and the lions and predators are trying to escape! We've already had a wolf breakout and they'll be having a field-day!" He gasped, sweating. He passed them both a dart gun each, "Gary, Faye, you take the animals! I'll sort out the visitors." He sprinted away, after the people, and Gabriel and Faith were left alone.

Gabriel looked irritated and swore in Spanish. He knew three different languages. He slammed down his lunch and wheeled out.
"Can't they ever get our names right?" he asked. "Come on, we'd best go."

The wildlife park was now deserted. Faith snuck around, thinking every wind was an animal. She heard a growl behind her...
And came face to face with Leon, a huge male lion. She backed away from him, and turned her head.
He was huge, sixteen hundred pounds and four foot at the shoulder. His sandy coat and pale mane rippled in the breeze, as he pulled back a lip and growled even more menacingly.

Gabriel found himself faced with the penguins. They waddled towards and quacked at him menacingly. Gabriel fingered his front wheels nervously.

Faith raised her gun to her eye, and aimed carefully at Leon. She fired.
The lion collapsed in a heap with a growl. Faith crawled towards him, and stroked him tensely. The mane was course and rough.
Suddenly, from nowhere, there was a bang. Faith got to her feet, realising that they had been locked in. She ran to find Gabe, surrounded by psychopathic penguins.

Gabe saw Faith. Worry and fear was in his eyes. Help they seemed to say. Slowly, he picked up the dart gun. The penguins quacked and stepped forward.

"Go on Gabe..." Faith prayed under her breath. She clasped her hands together.

Gabriel was unsure. He then had an idea. He shot the leader and the females. The other penguins looked nervous.
"Back!" he yelled.

"Go Gabe!" Faith whooped, as the penguins backed away. There was a bang...
Behind Faith, a hole had appeared, its rims like liquid mercury.

The penuins quacked in fright and ran off, leaving the females and leader. He quickly put the gun on his lap and wheeled over beside Faith.

Faith gazed into the hole.
"What is that?" She asked Gabe, hearing him wheel over. She reached out to touch it, and her hand melted into the mercury. She pulled it away quickly.

"Maybe it's some sort of dimension to another world," Gabe suggested.

Faith grinned.
"Another world...ooh, spooky!" She laughed. She thought.
" You mean like a parallell universe, right?"
